Erasing on the shared desktop

You can erase notes from the shared desktop using the Eraser tool.

N  N O T E

If the presenter disables it, the Eraser menu item isn't available.

g To erase notes

1. Select Menu > Tools > Eraser.

The pointer changes to an eraser.

2. Drag the eraser over the notes you want to erase.

When you finish erasing, click the Mouse Pointer button .

N  N O T E

If you're the presenter, you can clear all the notes by clicking the Mouse Pointer button

and then clicking anywhere on the shared desktop.
